When you place an order we collect your name, email address, and shipping address, and the contents of your order. Payment is processed by Stripe — we never see or store your full card details. If you join our email list, we store your email address with our email provider (MailerLite).
We use your information to process and ship orders, respond to questions, send order updates, and — only if you opt in — send occasional drop announcements. We do not sell your personal information.
We share only what's necessary with the services that run the shop: Stripe (payments), our hosting/CDN provider (site delivery and privacy-friendly traffic analytics), MailerLite (email list, if you subscribe), and shipping carriers (to deliver your order).

All items are unofficial, fan-made collectibles. They are not licensed by or affiliated with the original creators or rights holders, and all characters belong to their respective owners. Pins are handmade — small variations and minor imperfections can occur and are normal.
Some items are made-to-order pre-orders with production times of approximately 5–6 months. You are charged at the time of purchase, and pre-orders ship once they arrive. Orders combining in-hand and pre-order items ship together once the pre-order arrives. All sales are final once production starts (see Refunds below).
The site and products are provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the item in question.
Orders ship from the USA with tracking, packaged discreetly. In-stock items typically ship within 2–3 business days. Pre-orders ship once production is complete (about 5–6 months). International buyer? Email us or reach out on Discord and we'll sort it out.
All sales are final once production starts. Because most items are limited, made-to-order pre-orders, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.
We want you to be happy with your order. If your item arrives damaged, or you received the wrong item, email contact@vixenpins.com within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll make it right.
