Vixen Pins ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
What we collect
When you place an order we collect your name, email address, and shipping address, and the contents of your order. Payment is processed by Stripe — we never see or store your full card details. If you join our email list, we store your email address with our email provider (MailerLite).
How we use it
We use your information to process and ship orders, respond to questions, send order updates, and — only if you opt in — send occasional drop announcements. We do not sell your personal information.
Third parties
We share only what's necessary with the services that run the shop: Stripe (payments), our hosting/CDN provider (site delivery and privacy-friendly traffic analytics), MailerLite (email list, if you subscribe), and shipping carriers (to deliver your order).
Age
This store contains adult (18+) themed art. By using the site you confirm you are 18 or older.

You must be 18 or older to browse or purchase. Products feature suggestive adult-themed art.
Our products
All items are unofficial, fan-made collectibles. They are not licensed by or affiliated with the original creators or rights holders, and all characters belong to their respective owners. Pins are handmade — small variations and minor imperfections can occur and are normal.
Orders & pre-orders
Some items are made-to-order pre-orders. Estimated production time is 3–6 months after preorders close. You are charged at the time of purchase, and pre-orders ship once they arrive. Orders combining in-stock and pre-order items ship together once the pre-order arrives. You may request a cancellation before production begins. Once production begins, the order is final (see Refunds below).
Limitation of liability
The site and products are provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the item in question.

Shipping
Orders ship from the USA with tracking, packaged discreetly. In-stock items typically ship within 2–3 business days. Pre-orders ship once production is complete. Estimated production time is 3–6 months after preorders close. International buyer? Email us or reach out on Discord and we'll sort it out.
Refunds
Preorder cancellations are accepted before production begins. To request one, email contact@vixenpins.com with your Stripe order reference. Once the drop is marked In Production on our Production Updates page, the order is final and change-of-mind cancellations are no longer available. This does not limit our damaged-or-wrong-item promise below.
Damaged or wrong items
We want you to be happy with your order. If your item arrives damaged, or you received the wrong item, email contact@vixenpins.com within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll make it right.
